App does not work
Worst application
Looks like DP has not done any kind of testing before lunching this app . Not a single functionality works properly . Been trying to pay service fees but it always says ownership not found even when I see my invoices .
Documents update
There is no documents update in the app and why for owners you require update until it is expired
Extremely Incompetent Management
I have been trying to get my name updated for many months and there is absolute no assistance from them. App always gives an error and can’t access any details. They even updated a wrong name on my account of a completely different person (it’s a huge security risk). Every time you call them there is a different response. I can’t even imagine for other requests how bad they would be. There are reviews here from over past 2 years and still have taken zero effort to improve or make the experience better for its customers.

Very sad feelings each time I open this app. Starting from the name which have no any association with DP. Other not pleasant thing is that this app populated with multiple number of dummy services which have no any real actions after they applied. Payment initialization not regular and requires additional steps compared with any other app that handle payments
