Super hilfreiche App für Pferdebesitzer!🐴

Die Bedienung ist übersichtlich und die Analyse des Gangbildes finde ich wirklich spannend. Besonders praktisch ist, dass man die Bewegung des Pferdes objektiver beurteilen und Veränderungen über einen längeren Zeitraum verfolgen kann. Eine tolle Ergänzung, um das eigene Pferd im Blick zu halten!

Hilft mir sehr!

Ich habe die App runtergeladen um mir ein dauerhaftes Bild vom Gangbild meines Ponys zu machen. Die App ist easy zu bedienen und hilft mir sehr, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit meinem Tierarzt.

Teuer und funktioniert nicht

Bin froh, dass ich nur die Testversion habe. Die Aufnahme des Pferdes auf der linken Hand problemlos, rechts auch nach 5 Versuchen Fehlermeldung. Damit war dann auch das „gute Video“ hinfällig, da keine Auswertung erfolgen konnte. Wird wieder gelöscht.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Die App funktioniert, wenn die Aufnahme direkt in der App erfolgt und die Anweisungen befolgt werden. Das gesamte Pferd von der Seite, einschließlich des Auges, muss sichtbar sein, und es sollte ausreichend 10 GB freier Speicherplatz auf dem Telefon vorhanden sein. i originally had a issue with them and apple but the team has been quick to respond and make sure everything that was wrong was resolved at first i was bad but the quick and informative emails from the team has completely changed my mind. exited to continue to use this app!

Great tool for when to call the vet

As someone with may years of professional horse experience, this app was very close to my own eye for lameness. It would be a great way for an amateur horse owner to be able to spot lameness on their own horse before calling the vet

Please contact us at support@realhorse.com and we will be happy to help. In most cases, this issue occurs when videos are recorded in an unsupported format. The correct setup is described in the app: film from the centre of the circle, hold the phone in landscape mode, and use standard iPhone settings (30 FPS, HD). We also recommend recording directly within the app when getting started, as this ensures the correct format.

The app does not work!!

The app does not work iv tried multiple times to upload the video and does not work as they promote the app to work very disappointing and a waste of time downloading.

Hi, I am sorry I misunderstood. We always inform users not to record with a rider or saddle in the pop up screen just before recording. Is this what you mean? We’ve recently added an instructional video that pops up when creating a new horse to help new user getting started - and remember there is a 14 days free trial period, so noone has to feel they waste money.

Great in theory if it works…

Great in theory but I can’t get it to work. It can’t detect the horse in the side view and won’t let you submit with just a left and right lunge video. Going to be asking for my money back.
