The developer has given the art community a valuable tool. The app is intuitive and easy to learn. I appreciate the ability to have realistic parameters that keep the experience challenging yet rewarding. I look forward to future improvements and creating more beautiful art.

Speaks to artists
I started using this app years ago and I immediately felt a connection. It speaks to the artist in me. It feels like real organic media it looks like real organic media. It doesn’t rely on aI or fancy filters or cloning tools. It just forces one to be creative and i appreciate that. Imagine employing the Eufy Make E1 printer to print works done in this app and actually printing raised textured brush strokes. How cool is that?

Great app
It's great but there is some issues:
1. I'm using it on ipad pro m4 but using some tools (especially when brush size is big) make the app laggy.
2. Apple pencil's barrel roll doesn't work.
3. There isn't a option to draw smooth lines. In most of the time lines are jittery.

Wish more apps learned from Realistic
Writing this review makes me happy and sad at the same time. Happy because I feel that Realistic is my artistic home. Anyone who craves the analog experience and wonder and the predictable happy accidents of physical media will instantly connect. However, this app isn’t as loud as other offers like Procreate and goes under the radar in a way that is almost unforgivable. This app encourages you to find artistic solutions to your art without depending on Liquefy, Layer Masks, or other shortcuts. It teaches and entertains you, improving your artistic eye. It is a gem that I hope developers never abandon. I am writing this because today they released an update and I was very happy that it got some love. PS: This app was a bit punishing on my old 2018 iPad Pro but still perfectly useful. I’m using an M4 mainly now but the 2018 is still a beast.

Exceptional brush engine
It’s truly astonishing how good this app mimics your drawing and painting tools. I must admit I was hoping for an update because I was feeling it’s a shame such a powerful app to be left behind. Thank you to the developer for the update. This app it’s truly unique. Even among other popular ones in the market it outperforms most of them. Would be great to keep it going and updated. I’m sure many new users will find it very unique, if not superior compared to others.

Circle tool problem
Thank you for finally updating the app to support Apple Pencil Pro hover. There is a problem with the compass (circle tool)— when I try to move the circle guide it snaps back to the center. And trying to change to an ellipse doesn’t stay, it snaps back to a circle.

Tolle Zeichnen App. Da macht das malen mit Stift oder dem Finger viel Spaß. Funktioniert alles wunderbar auf dem iPad Pro. Dankeschön.

Giao diện đẹp nhưng cần phải nâng cấp nhiều, với giá này so với các app khác không thấy đáng giá lắm. Cọ vẽ không mượt. Khó sửa dụng. Nên chọn art set 4 vẫn hơn. Cùng giá tiền nhưng bên kia tiện ích hơn nhiều

l’application serait parfaite si certains bugs très ennuyants seraient corrigés, comment ceux dans les mélanges dans la palette que introduisent un couleur « marron » (de la palette elle même) dans le mélange ! ça gâche complètement cette fonctionnalité, aussi pouvoir avoir un « undo » dans le mélanges de la palette aussi, ou avoir un fond blanc dans la palette, bref, on dirait que la application n’est plus mantenue depuis longtemps temps.;;.

色のなじみが綺麗
他のペイントアプリも買っていたので、迷いましたが、インターフェイスのかっこよさに負けて購入しました！万年筆やゴールドペンなどは別途800円(１つ150円、全部だと800円)で購入が必要です。
水彩の色なじみもいいですが、油絵のなじみが綺麗です。筆の大小は変更できますが、透明度は変更できません。水彩を乾かす機能はありませんから、レイヤーでどうにかするのかな？と思います。
油絵の時はパレットで色を混ぜることもできます。
今の所お願いとしては、
*筆圧硬度が強すぎて、1番低くしても、鉛筆のH、2Hが書けないことです。筆圧硬度の設定を下げてください！
*他の方がpsd出力を希望していますが、せめてPNG出力できて、背景が透明になるとありがたいです。

Konstante Crashes
Ich liebe die App, doch bedauerlicherweise schließt sie sich seit einigen Tagen alle paar Minuten automatisch, wodurch mein Prozess bezüglich meinen Zeichnungen gelöscht wird. Dies ist unfassbar irritierend und macht das Zeichen auf der App praktisch unmöglich.
Update: Die App ist heute plötzlich abgestürzt und hat MONATE Wert an harter Arbeit, Mühe und Zeit gelöscht. Ich bin unfassbar frustriert. Dies ist geschehen OBWOHL ich die Zeichnung MEHRMALS in der App abgespeichert hatte…

I wish I could rate this 5 stars but..
This app is amazing and the tutorial section alone is worth it personally... when it works. The app crashes way too much without any autosaving.
I wish there was an option menu to lower settings or turn off functions, such as having lower resolution images of the tools, in order to run it better.

Cute
For the price, fine, and it looks neat. It doesn’t mix paints realistically, but as with most, essentially rgb. It is unlike the pigmented “mixbox” K&M style color mixing like in Rebelle Pro (not on ipad), or Artstudio Pr.
Is the app abandoned?
It’s been years since they updated the app, and the developer won’t respond to social media or email, it makes me wonder if the app is abandoned. It would be nice to support Apple Pencil Pro hover, barrel roll and squeeze. Also I wish it supported Family Sharing, instead you have to buy it again for every family member’s device.
