Bad UX
I normally don’t write reviews but I did the training in 2020 and ever since then, it’s been spam emails, they push you to the app to do anything and then when you cave and download it, the app itself is horrible. The user experience is old and not well-thought out. First-time login is cumbersome, even for users with an account. Everything is font through email links which take time to actually receive and take you out of the app. It’s a lot of switching back and forth. The simple task of unsubscribing to their emails has me downloading a very bad app and going through hoops to just change a setting. Would not recommend at all.
