Generally good, but occasionally glitchy.
I don’t usually have a problem with this app - once notifications are on, messages come through well on time. Did have an issue with the points this week though. Account was sitting on 10 drinks points and 0 food, and I scanned for a food purchase, without redeeming anything. This wiped out my coffee points (gained over the last three weeks) and left me with just 1 food point. Driver said he’d make sure I didn’t lose out, but annoying that he has to make that exception. I

Great loyalty app!
Great for using to top up points, though the push notifications seem to have stopped working as I never get notified when the van’s coming and keep missing it!
A text when coffee arrives!
The really awesome coffee stop actually sends you a text when they’re outside. Amazing!

Placed a marketing poster in our office and did not show up. I understand this doesn’t rate the app, but the service of the company has let them down.

App doesn’t allow me to manage stops to track the van, or save my collected stamps.
Latest update lost stamps and locked me out

Nice idea but the app doesn’t work! It won’t let me build up my stamps as it keeps logging me out and refreshing my stamps so I have none again. I buy lunch several times a week so it’s a real shame as I would have accumulated enough stamps for something free by now if the app worked correctly
Password Reset does not work
Password reset e mail takes hours to come through.
When you access it and change your password and try to log n it just keeps saying that the password is incorrect.
I have tried this on iPhone and iPad without success.

No stamps for drinks
Great idea but I’ve bought 8 coffees for colleagues during the week and it won’t give me stamps. We’ve tried a few times and just won’t work. Got one for a pasta salad I bought. Have deleted and downloaded again. Just a bit rubbish really. Coffees still awesome though so won’t stop from buying it’s just disappointing if you’re offering a loyalty card.
