I’ve been a happy customer for years. Recently on 6/16 the online portal isn’t accessible and under a “big upgrade.” I’ve been without cell service for 10’days.
Customer support is lackadaisical and can take up to a day to respond to an email. I got a new phone(which had service with REALLY previously). Support is now saying my phone is not supported and basically told me I can’t use the service anymore.
Now considering other private carriers with better customer support because REALLY’s support is terrible.

This is a great phone service. I’m downloading it now on a second phone.
Reliable, Private Service Comparable to Existing Offerings
I wanted to find other cell services of similar quality and reliability as other big company offerings, but to also support a company that is more privacy-focused (I want to encourage more companies that collect less data on us, for security reasons). Additionally, their service is packaged with Aura digital security, which I already used for years. So you get more than just a cell services connection.
REALLY filled this requirement of mine, and while I had some configuration issues initially, the REALLY help team assisted me in every possible way, and are a US based support team.
I really recommend REALLY (pun intended)! At the very least give it a try, you may be surprised and impressed by their offerings, especially if you care about digital privacy and security.

Free VPN and a lot more
Phone service that gives you free vpn (yes I get to watch World Cup qualifiers for free now) and also love that it blocks and reports spam callers and spam texters. Noticing a lot less now.
