If you want a tool that just works, look elsewhere
This is the worst app that I have had the misfortune of using on a regular basis. I use it all the time, and I hate it all the time.
It’s designed in ways that don’t make sense with posts and chats and a barrage of different ways of doing the same thing resulting in never knowing where someone might be trying to contact you but you’re not seeing it.
Additionally, it crashes all the time and half the time when it has stopped working you don’t even know it’s not working anymore. Until you recognise that no one’s contacted you for the better part of a week when you reset the app. Ooops there’s a bunch of communication that you haven’t seen. All this time you’ve been inadvertently ghosting everyone.
Unless deep changes are made, you should avoid getting this app.

Cannot search directory by partial phone number
I used to be able to search the directory by partial phone numbers. Very handy for finding people when their number shows up in group texts and you don’t know who they are. Please restore this functionality.
Lots of room for improvement
The overall experience is rough. Editing a post is much harder than it needs to be.

Ipad app freezes
Each time I try to post to my bible study group, the app freezes and I have to swipe away and never let’s me post- iphone works fine- it is on my ipad that I have this issue
A Bit Clunky
I like the idea, and it mostly gets the job done, but I don’t find it to be very user friendly. Some of the functions are redundant, or circular, and lately it’s been freezing on me so that I have to exit the app and open it again. Frustrating when I’m ready to hit “send” on a communication and have to start over.

Good idea but doesn't always work properly
Several times when I've tried to post a message, it freezes up when I go to select the committee that I'm wanting
to send the message to. I have to close the app and start over and may have to do it several times before I have success or I have to try to find a different way to send a group message.

Hard to Navigate
I find the app a bit hard to navigate, so it’s not my favorite.

Good App But
This app seems functional but it still seems to be lacking a major feature of working with Apple Pay. I get the option to use GPay on an iPad or iPhone but not Apple Pay. Why???? Smh!

Great for being able to communicate with congregation. Also,
when someone moves to different group or leaves the church, we can simply deactivate them from that group.

Decent app for church giving
Stand by my original rating but have downgraded. Because there hasn’t been any updates to the app at all. And many of my members(including myself) often experience app crashes or times where we are unable to upload content for the membership. Strongly considering finding another source to partner with.

Great Tool for group
This has been a great and easy tool for our group. Keeping up with contacts and sharing information have never been easier.

I love how easily Realm shows events, posts, and updates about our church, so everyone knows what's going on!
Great Tool
The Immanuel Family Worship Center of Jacksonville, Arkansas has used Realm Connect for several years. It is a great church management tool. Thank you!
Needs a major update
This is a good tool for churches to use to communicate however, there is not an easy way to delete posts in large numbers. You must delete post one at a time. This is antiquated.
Also, some people send out post and they cannot be deleted from your feed which needs to be corrected Especially calendar events.
It’s hard to put information in when you’re uploading a photo.

Suggestions
I appreciate being able to pull up addresses and phone numbers. We need a way to get everyone’s pictures in the directory. Also, we need to have a way to edit our profile because our involvements change from year to year such as committees.
