Tried several times to login and changed passwords, still can’t login
App crashes
I can’t even tell you how well this app works because when I try to open it, it immediately crashes!
Horrible app
Have not been able to log in for several months. Keeps telling me my log in is not recognized. I’ve changed my password several times. Please get your app technicians on this issue to resolve it.
FIX IT!
PLEASE restore your app’s funcitionality to refill or view medications. Hasn’t been working for over a month!!
Needs 100% Improvement
Absolutely awful. Blank information when logging in (IF you can log in.) Lucky when it does work. Need to hire someone new to improve your app.
Latest major update doesn't allow opt-out
The latest update majorly updated the app, and when you open it for the first time after, you have to go through some set-up again, including a section where they say they want to use all your contact info for promotional reasons. This screen says that you do not have to agree with this to use the app, however if you decline this, you are not allowed to finish setting up the app, which means you cannot use the app. It also says you can change this choice at any time, but once I accepted that they could use my info for promotional purposes and finished setting up the app, I could find NO way to revoke this. Very, very uncool, this is shifty as heck, and from an app that has my health info to boot.

It’s OK
But I noticed that I have many out-of-date prescriptions still linked to my account. It would be nice if A). Someone would take the time to ask about them (or delete them) or B). If I could delete these out-of-date prescriptions myself or C). If I could message the pharmacy (through the app) to say, “Please delete these meds.” Unfortunately, my only option is to “Contact my pharmacy.”
Now it’s obvious why my pharmacist missed one of my “linked” prescriptions last week.
I’ve been with Realo for a long time. They do a lot of things well, and are truly one of the best pharmacies around, but with a few tweaks they could easily become “great.”

This is extremely user friendly - I have been using Realo since they opened in our neighborhood.

Love this app. Makes it so easy for a busy mom to manage my prescription refills and it gives you an estimated time it will be ready.
