Does not stay connected!
I bought the product and it has no use. It disconnects and won't reconnect. I had this product in the past. I'm pretty sure the app needs updating but the company does not respond.

Bluetooth wont stay connected
The product works great except for the fact that the Bluetooth connection constantly fails on you unless it's a few inches away from the phone after doing some reasearch, couple people said there's some poss fixs like take the phone out of the case and close all the Bluetooth items tried that still doesn't help spend the extra money and get something slightly more expensive with a better Bluetooth connection program...

Chat/remote control feature non working on IOS app
The chat doesn’t work, so the toy can’t be controlled remotely or you can’t chat with nobody. The android app does work fine.
