No support whatsoever
It says subscription through iTunes but nothing showing no customer support keeps saying it’s uploading but nothing alters have to edit everything for collages or videos to show and when try play a video only just sound no pictures to me waste of time downloading
Completely useless
Paid the fee, yet the app is limited to 30 seconds, demanding me to pay more. Not to mention that the app keeps freezing . I want my money back now !$&

Real time video maker
The quality of this product is very poor which makes the end result so down graded it affects the views. Very poor but will I get my money back. You have to pay for it to find out how it works. I will stick to imovie from now on.
DOES NOT WORK
I recently paid for a premium subscription to Real Player after more than a decade of not using the service. The main reason for my purchase was to burn audio CDs with crossfaded tracks. The problem is, this feature does not work. I try to create a playlist to then convert to a CD and I get an error message saying the media type (MP3) is unsupported. My entire collection of music (over 300,000 songs) is MP3 files. When I troubleshoot the issue, I am told I do not have the correct plug-in to burn audio CDs. How do I get these plugins? Do an update? When I tried that, I am told there are no updates available and have the latest version of the software. I can't even play MP3 files in Real Player which I find unacceptable.
All I want to do is burn CDs with my current MP3 collection. If this is not possible, I must request a refund for the full $39.99 amount and be done with Real Player.
I am TOTALLY frustrated and disappointed.

Plan Package
The APP doesn’t even work after I purchased the package. It is lock on 30 seconds video. Since I needed more than 30 seconds, and for me to be able to create video that’s more than 30 seconds I opted the package $2.99 and even the 3.99 is not working either. And because I already did the purchased, there is no option for a refund from you.

Awful app
What is the point of paying a monthly subscription when you try to play a saved video and it either says there isn’t a good enough internet connection to play it (wrong, everything else works fine), or that it is “optimising video, try again in x seconds.” Trying again never works, by the way....
I feel trapped as I now have too much stuff on Real Times to contemplate a move to another service - it would be too much hassle to move everything.

Waste of Money
Earlier this evening I paid for a subscription to RealCloud Premium. Alas I find now that it’s a complete waste of money. To put it bluntly, RealNetworks have stolen my money. Dropbox is FAR superior.

This app has no tech support. They only say they are working on it and it’s Apple’s fault it doesn’t stream. Android doesn’t stream either. Is that Apple’s fault??
Doesn’t seem to have any updates. App is going obsolete. Do not purchase full version. Chromecast feature is gone.
It’s been a month since the update from Realtimes has been submitted to Apple and they still haven’t posted it yet.
It’s going on 2 weeks and Apple still hasn’t posted the update for this app.
RealTimes/RealPlayer has assured me that they have fixed the problem and now we are waiting for Apple to approve the app. revision. So far it seems Apple has had it a week and no update as yet.
When you download this app RealTimes version 5.5.1, you’ll find it is not compatible with your iPad/iPod if you have version 11.2.6.
I’ve tried to notify the company severs times through social media, Instant Messenger, and their website and receive no response as to what they are doing to correct the problem.
UPDATE: As of March 2, 2018. RealTimes has agreed with me about the problem and am expecting the new version to correct the problem within the week.

Uploading & Sending Links
I’m not happy with the new upgrades to to RealTimes. I’ve had real player/real times for over 10+ years and I’ve loved it. Actually referred a lot of people to this product. I’d say whatever the I.T guys did in the past 9 months or so to this app did a terrible job. I use to be able to upload a video with no problem fast to this app, and send a link to my friends/family to watch instantly. Now it loads to 100% and try’s again, and again til it stops itself. Matter fact I can’t even send links to videos anymore. I have an iPad and iPhone and neither works correctly. I went on your help link and even YouTube to try and see what I can do. I love the app and the concept this product brings. Just fix the upload and sending links and this one star will change to a 5 star review!!!!!!!!!

Such a great concept but doesn't work
I initially loved this app and created an amazing video that then corrupted and I couldn't share it. It also won't access all my pictures. Waste of money, time and effort

For some reason the unlimited offer for 9.99 per month has been eliminated but Apple is still allow it for purchase. Real Time only offers plans up to 25gb. Why the disconnect?
Absolutely appalling
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the last month but the app just keeps telling me I am not connected to the internet - the very reason I am trying to stop my subscription. Nothing works at all. I cannot sign-in to my account. Cannot make videos or anything else. I want my last two months money returning immediately. Stay well away from this
