About

Realtor Portal is a platform real estate firms use to run their deals and keep clients in the loop. The agent works the transaction from their side, and the client can follow the whole thing from their own device instead of calling around for updates. A firm signs up and the person who creates it becomes the admin. They invite the rest of the team, set everyone's role, and brand the whole thing with the firm's logo, colors, and tagline. Clients never see "Realtor Portal" on anything. They see the firm they hired. Most of the work happens inside a deal. The agent adds the client, the homes involved, and the dates that matter, like inspection, appraisal, and closing, then moves the deal through its stages as it goes: home search, preparing an offer, under contract, closing, closed. The client sees that same progress on their own screen in plain language, with a note on what's next, so nobody's left guessing. It keeps both sides of a transaction separate. A buyer's agent can track several homes a client is weighing, and the seller's side only ever sees the one home the deal actually lands on, never the full shortlist. Listing agents get a version tuned to selling: the home leads the workspace, offers come in and can be accepted, countered, or rejected, and showings and buyer interest sit in one place. A seller can add the home they're selling and attach disclosures and other paperwork right when they create it. Communication lives inside the deal too. There's a group thread everyone can read, plus private messages between any two people. Either side can upload documents, and signing works by pasting in a signing link and marking who needs to sign. Tours can be requested for a specific date and time, then confirmed or rescheduled by the agent, with a countdown to the next one on the client's home screen. Attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and anyone else on the deal can be added with permissions that match their role, so everyone sees what they need and nothing they shouldn't. Admins and brokers also get a team-management area, firm-wide analytics, and a running list of overdue and at-risk deadlines across every agent. You can delete your account at any time.
