Freezing up - unusable
Used to love this app. Used it for years. For the past few months or so it constantly freezes - every few minutes. Tried deleting and reinstalling but not working. At this point it’s unusable. Bummer because I like it so much more than Zillow.
Scam site
Allows fake listings, incorrect listings, & immediately sold my information to a 3rd party :) just need a better way to buy a home at this point this one and Zillow suck.
Can’t save properties/lost saved properties
I have enjoyed this app for a long time. Saved a bunch of properties. Those all recently disappeared, and I can’t save properties with the new update (gives me an error).

Realtor.com not protecting their platform. Just lost $2K on deposit to scammers. Stay away of online technology.
Used to be better
There was a time when map overlays for flood, noise, etc could be toggled on or off from buttons on the bottom or the map screen. The updated version of needing to drill down into a menu is a pain in the a**. Why did you ruin a good thing? Also, I should be able to scroll through ALL the property photos without opening the listing. Zillow has that feature which makes it a much friendlier app to use. In the past, selecting a map overlay for noise would paint an area. Now, there are little hexagons of color that obliterate everything beneath them on the map. Do better!

Constant Crashes
Constantly crashing after last update.
Freezes, crashes, spotlight listings
Like many others, with the latest versions of realtor.com and iPadOS apps, I’m getting the “photos can’t load”, freezing, and crashing issues. And my searches that are sorted by newest or priciest listings are still infested with the same worthless “spotlight” listings that won’t go away.
Information scammers
They put me on the phone with CreditPros and they’ll take all your information and put you on a subscription and forget about you

I really enjoy this app
I love to look at houses and I love Realtor.com it gives me so much to look at.I gave it a five star because you don’t even need to sign in.from looking at all the prices to all the different bedrooms and square feet I feel like a real realtor

I have lost count of the number of updates now, but this app crashes about every 5th listing I try to look at.

Shows houses that are under contract as active. Literally impossible to accurately search for available houses.
