Timely message on new listing
Each time there’s another home on the market in the zip code that I am shopping I receive different homes on the market
No Longer Saving
The app now keeps kicking back an error every time I hit the heart to save a listing and doesn’t save them at all. It kind of defeats the whole purpose of the app at this point, and I really need it right now because I’m moving. I’m going to have to use another app if this isn’t addressed.
Stop ruining this app!
I’m going to have to switch to another app even though this has been my go-to for years. Each update is worse than the last and now it’s basically unusable.

Realtor.com is the best app to use. It’s completely organized and easy to navigate through way better than Zillow.
Changes to app are terrible
I’ve been using this app on my iPad for many years. It used to be wonderful. So now, when I am looking at pictures of homes, I can no longer see the pictures on full screen. The pictures only take up half of my screen. WORST CHANGE EVER. I will now have to find a better app. Sigh.

I’ve been looking to buy a home somewhere in the country. I want to change states. But I am looking to buy a property of around 150k or less. Still doable in some parts of the US. In some areas that much money gets you a premanufacture home. Which I don’t mind, some are amazing inside. But, I would never one buy on in which I have to lease the land. If I can’t own the land, I don’t want it. There is no way of filtering for such properties. Sometimes you get a clue if it lists a HOA. But not always because the homes are located outside of a mobile home park community, on a private. I tried setting the filter for HOA, set to 800 bucks, just to see what came up. There is the option to NOT list homes that don’t have an HOA fee. In theory premanufacture homes that don’t list a HOA should not show in the search. Of course they did. One had no HOA fee shown, but it showed up anyway. In the “show more” area it showed that the land is leased. What is the purpose of having a filter if it doesn’t work. Additionally, for people who don’t mind paying a lease, which makes no sense to me, oftentimes the listing doesn’t mention that the land is leased and the price. The land lease price should be shown in the listing. That is something that people MUST consider while searching for a home.
Sometimes the lot lease can be as expensive or more than the mortgage payment for the house. Crazy! Anytime there is a HOA (for any home) or lot lease, it should be clearly and easily shown and the cost as well. I don’t think that it should be optional. When I see a listing like that, that doesn’t show the cost of lease in the lot or any other hitting fees, it makes me feel like they’re hiding something. It would also be nice if the listing indicated whether the property qualifies for HUD (first time buyer’s plan). Real estate agents know this information. It wouldn’t be hard for them to indicate in the listing.

The iOS version only shares the picture instead of the listing. On android, the share functionality works properly and provides a link to the listing

This app would be so much better if it didn’t freeze and crash!! Beyond frustrating! Happens way too frequently!

Difficult to use
It is very annoying that when I dislike a certain house that I then get kicked back to the beginning of my search. I would also like you to add a “paved driveway” search option, and a brick search option.

Small pictures
What’s up with small pictures? Isn’t it the point of this app to look at properties yet the pictures are shown in a small popup window and cannot go full screen? This app is a constant disappointment, always something is wrong!

Why so invasive?
Why can’t I just log into the app with my account the same way I log in with my browser? The app is asking questions that I don’t want to answer yet because I’m afraid of getting pigeon-holed into something that will be changing. I have an account and I guess I’ll keep using the browser 🤷♂️
Glitchy and unintuitive
Freezes up. Recent updates have made finding the info I need quite difficult.
Better Than Zillow
Much cleaner and informative user interface to Zillow. More importantly, realtor.com has many more properties, especially in rural regions.
