What happened to the app showing your exact location? It doesn’t do that anymore! 🙄
Mobile app vs PC = different search results.
if I save a search on Realtor.com on my PC in my target area, it shows 177 homes. When I open up Realtor.com app on my phone, it only shows 24.
If I go to Realtor.com on my phone using Safari or Chrome and login there the search results matches what I’m seeing on my PC.
This app is screwed up.
And yes, I have done all the obligatory stuff, such as logging out and back in. Deleting the app and reinstalling. Clearing the caches data on my phone. Restarting the phone.

I have set clear price parameters on my searches, but I have not been able to receive alerts only within my price range. How do I change the parameters for my search alerts?

Real estate app with inaccurate location info
I used this app for years, having grown up in the real estate industry. I wanted to look at properties on Lake Ontario, but can’t find anything. Guess it’s time to delete this app.

One of the most frustrating things about Realtor.com is how many rental listings remain active even after the properties have already been rented or are no longer available.
This creates a huge waste of time for everyone involved — prospective tenants spend time searching, comparing properties, contacting agents, and rearranging their schedules for potential showings, only to find out that the home is already gone. Agents and agencies also waste time responding to inquiries about unavailable properties, and property owners receive unnecessary interest in listings that should have been removed.
A platform this large should have a much better system for requiring rental listings to be updated or removed promptly once a property is no longer available. Keeping outdated listings online makes the rental search unnecessarily frustrating and inefficient.
Realtor.com could provide a much better experience for tenants, owners, and real estate professionals simply by enforcing more accurate and up-to-date listing availability.
