I’ve had no complaint. I gave it four stars, but things could be better.
Stop ruining this app!
I’m going to have to switch to another app even though this has been my go-to for years. Each update is worse than the last and now it’s basically unusable.
Where’s the OH info?
Newer update does not include easily seen OH info on the map or list view. Why the change?
Updated app removed key features
Two important features I regularly used are now not available. 1) ability to adjust purchase price to calculate monthly payment and 2) ability to see distance to common name locations (like “SeaTac”) now require you to know the exact address. I’ll be using a different app until they restore these features.

Functional Issues
The app may be updated but the functionality is lagging. It freezes, then the bug shuts the app. Annoying.

Improve Filters
Would be nice to have at least 2 additional filters: (1) 1st floor primary bedroom and (2) private or community pool.

App is not updating property status
Favorites Gone
App updated on iphone 15 and now all my favorites and saved searches are gone even though im still logged in.
App freezes
Update 8/26: Seems like every new update makes the app worst. Extremely slow and some saved listings show up as for sale when in reality they are not. Time to use other apps.
Not sure what has changed with this app, but now after a few mins of use it freezes and I am forced to force close the app and re-open which then causes me to loose my current search results.

Froze
I’ve been trying to use the app for months. But it just stays on the Realtor.com page.
New release is terrible
Lately the app freezes a lot more, especially when in the saved listings. Older saved listings show as active until you click on it and it’s actually sold. Very difficult to use with misleading information. Had to download Zillow to look at listings and create a whole new list.

Good, but buggy
The app is overall decent, but it’s a bit laggy and freezes a lot or crashes. Saved homes also say they’re for sale until you click on them. Only then will it show that they’re off the market.
