Bugs need to be fixed
App worked great for the first few years but now it doesn’t even open and I can’t access any of my stuff. Can’t reach app support either.

I can’t even figure up how to sign up so I can log in….? When I just try to log in it doesn’t work. Where is the sign up page?
Waste of Time
This platform is a complete waste of time. Just spent 24 hours adding all my expenses and now the system freezes on basically half the pages, just shows a loading screen indefinitely until you reload, basically half the program doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time with this app.
Great Real Estate Software
I use this for all of my income and expenses as related to Real Estate. It keeps everything orderly so that I can present to my CPA at the end of the year. This is my 5 th year using Realty Zam.

Just What I’ve been looking for..
Tried QB and other very complicated and pricey programs and they were all much more than I needed for my small business, but I never felt at ease with them because I wasn’t using them to their potential and I felt like I was wasting money. But now, problem solved! This program is straight forward, easy to figure out, and does everything I need! I highly recommend!

Makes expense and income tracking EASY!
I used to track expenses with a spreadsheet and manually scanned each receipt, making hours of work for myself and always dreading tax preparation. I’m glad I found this app because it makes everything super easy. Enter details of income and expenses, take a pic of receipt with my phone, and I’m done. Each entry takes less than 30 seconds. Then in January, I print my summary report to a pdf and send it to my accountant. This seriously makes things VERY easy!!

Well the "free" app tells you to register on their website where you discover that there is a 30 day free trial. Then it's a monthly charge. Phooey
