Serviceable but not Great
This works ok but not as good as the Walmart app. It's glitchy & limited.
Logs me out repeatedly
If I so much as go to home to search an item, the app logs me out. Sometimes I have to log back in three times in the span of an hour. Also the coupons I clip don't work half the time. I have to check my receipt before I walk out the door to make sure. It's super annoying!! Please fix these issues!

The app doesn’t even open after the update! It just has a msg that says Session Cannot Be Created 😡😡😡 negative stars
Can’t sign in
Trying to sign in with email and use my account t but it only has my husbands email with no way to switch to my account
Needs desperately to be optimized
The app is so antiquated and unintuitive that if you do not type the item 100% accurately it will not even suggest what you might have meant. It simply gives a message that the item is not found. This seems really basic to me. It is also very slow compared with other grocery store apps I’ve used.

It is very hard to get the coupons to download. The digital coupons are worse. They done scan and searching is almost impossible because they are not entered by name on package. I get so frustrated that I will go shop somewhere else. I come in about half as often as I used to because I get so frustrated with trying to use coupons. But maybe that is

App is terrible! Broken links, no auto fill for anything, can’t check out as a guest. Would give it zero stars if that was possible!

Why Collect Financial Info
1) Why does your app need to collect financial information?
2) When I clip a digital coupon, it does not show at the store.

It froze
It wouldn’t let me take items off and then it started bouncing all over the place. Took me 10 times as long to place my order. This is not normal.
Current inventory
Please update your inventory and correct the multiple errors that are so glaringly apparent and have been advised to you on multiple occasions via email. If you list it online then you should have it in the store.

Every shopper I’ve had has been very careful to make sure I am happy with my order.
Can’t Add Payment Methos
After the latest update, my payment methods got wiped out and every time I try to add a payment method, the app crashes without saving the payment method. Instead of getting to do a grocery pickup, I now have to physically go into a store to shop wasting valuable time. Guess I’ll do a Walmart pickup instead. They know how to update an app without wiping out my information.

Nearly Great, but not quite
The one struggle I have with the app is that it doesn’t give aisle number for items on my list. There are 4 different Reasors I frequent (Tulsa/Owasso/BA). Each is laid out differently. I spend lots of time wandering around.

I thought the app worked great until the end when ads kept popping up. It was very annoying and didn’t tell me how to get out of it.
