Very slow
The app is amazing and it’s so helpful to have letters from the Rebbe at my fingertip-when it works. Often, the app doesn’t load for a while or no letters show up which is really upsetting when I’m searching for a specific one. I’d love if the app could work faster to load and if they’d fix the bugs that make the app hard to use…

I'm so thankful for this app!! My issue is that very often the letters just don't load. I click on different things in the app, and any page with letters doesn't load. And this is after ensuring I have a proper Wi-Fi connection.
