I’ve tried so many apps over the years but this one is the best I’ve come across.
It offers a structure for recovery, insightful reflection and planning. Everyday is slightly different with the tasks it sets, plus if you relapse you don’t feel shame as it still tracks your clean days on the main screen which helps keep a positive mindset.

It gets stuck on the “preparing for journey page” so it is useless, totally useless

I accidentally deleted the app, so I tried to redownload it again. But ever since that, I couldn’t open the app anymore. It always stuck on loading page no matter how long I wait. I already paid for the subscription, but now I can’t use it anymore

Overall it’s been very helpful for me with very smooth UI, but the buddy feature won’t work as the links they produce to add buddies are bad.

App stopped working on several devices, with different iOS versions, but deleting and reinstalling the app fixed this issue.

Stuck on the boot screen (iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12).

Developers not responsive
Downloaded the app, paid for “Plus” and was charged for it on my bank statement. Open the app and none of the “Plus” features are available. Have emailed the developers twice over the past 4 days and no response. Either need my money refunded or my account updated.
Glitched subscription
I loved the app when I could use it, but after I bought a subscription I can’t really enjoy it. Once I realized it would stop me from watching yt or using social medias without wifi, I just couldn’t use it anymore. I bought a one month subscription in February and I canceled it before the month ended, but it was still in effect. Now, in August, over 6 months since I bought the subscription, I can barely use my phone. Apple can’t help me since the company is a 3rd party so all I can do is contact the company. Also, my account has disappeared and I can’t login to it and I’ve tried every email I have to get into it. I need to be able to fully use my phone without wifi again. I’m still giving 4 stars because the app did help for a little bit and it’s the best reboot app I’ve encountered, but I could still use everything with wifi so it was kinda pointless. It’s now November 2023 and my subscription glitch still hasn’t been fixed and I haven’t received any message back. I need social media because I’m trying to post stuff that’s outside of my house. I want to be in the film business and this glitch is messing with my goals. Apple can’t help me.

About a week or two into using the app. Click the notification for check in and the app won’t open. Stays on the load screen. Nothing works, deleting, reinstalling or restarting the phone.
