All my paid purchased languages disappeared.

Hello
I change my phone. Got all my apps transferred to the new phone automatically.
I tried to use the app and it had all my paid purchased languages but all would error out saying it was corrupted and that I had to re- download.
I tryed to re-download but I could not find d how. Selected every option on the app and nothing.
Finally I decided to delete the app and re-install.
Then I could see no languages available to f download including the ones that I had previously bought and paid for.
I tried to restore purchase but nothing happens.
I had German 1-5 Italian 1-5 and Spanish 1.
Now all I can see is Spanish 1 which now seems to work.
But I can’t re-download the other languages that I had bought and paid for.
