App is insecure and relies on embedded web login
The app uses an embedded WebView for social login, which is not considered a secure or recommended practice. This approach can expose users to additional security risks compared to using the system browser or proper native authentication methods. The app also appears to simply wrap the website inside a WebView, offering no meaningful advantages over accessing the service directly through a standard browser. Red flags galore! š©š©š©
I signed up for the free trial and cancelled the same day through the website.
The cancellation didnāt process correctly, and I was charged at the end of the trial period.
I reached out for help but received unclear and unhelpful responses. I had to take further action externally to resolve it.
This was a frustrating experience I wouldnāt want others to go through. I donāt recommend Rebrandly - thereās much better options out there.

H O R R I B L E Customer Support
The whole team doesnāt know what they are doing, at all.
They have zero tech support background.
They took forever to reply Back and I kept getting bounced around with the same line used.
Iām convinced they are an early stage of AI, a very cheap and low grade AI.
I eventually got fed up and told them to stop contacting me.

App is broke
Love the service and the website. But the app no longer works if you sign in with your Google account. On the login screen it flashes the Google option then goes to email/pw only.
Impossible to login via Gmail or Social
No way to use this app. The Gmail and social authentication options vanish as soon as the app starts. Not a great first experience.
App No Longer Working
Iāve been a Rebrandly user for many years. As a revops professional having the handy app was amazing as I could quickly check my custom short links on the go or create new links as well but it seems like the app is no longer working.

Useless app
One of the most useless apps I have ever downloaded. 99.9% of the time it wonāt open.
Almost impossible to navigate
Buttons donāt work. Canāt copy paste. These should be basic things.
Errors money to rebrand
I donāt know what happened. This app used to work fine. Now I canāt rebrand the length. And it gives errors until you tap around the screen. Please fix.
Literally doesnāt open or work at all.
The app never moves off the login screen.
Pricing hike is holding subscribers hostage
I received the email regarding pricing changes last night and I am appalled. This is absolutely NOT OK. Going from $4 per month to $99 per month with less than 30 days notice is disgusting and you should be ashamed. Iāve been with Rebrandly for 2 years and this is holding people hostage. You WILL lose subscribers.

Crashes when using any browser in iOS
Very disappointed. Crashes on launch from the share menu in any browser. Tested with chrome, safari, Firefox. So badly designed that even trying to create a link from the app itself is a nightmare. Will not be renewing. Back to bit.ly for me. š”
Buggy App
Work alright. A bit buggy! Needs updating
Version 3.1.1 is unstable
Application version 3.1.1 is unstable and hardly usable. Cannot 3D Touch to paste, no integration with my Keychain, GUI is not all there, and itās not worth using. I made a shortcut to the website in Safari and it works better.
Works when it wants to
Not sure why the app wonāt work but it often takes minutes to load and abruptly shuts down.
I like rebrandly, but you canāt copy links
Pressing the copy button to copy a link does not copy the link. Not unless you touch it several times, and even then it doesnāt always work. Very basic and important function, needs to be better. Itās the main reason I want the app on my phone.
Fix your app please.
