No longer can access

I’ve been using this app for a couple of years with little issue except it would ask if I wanted to update and would just shutdown. The newest issue is that it no longer lets me access the app because it says my certification has expired so I can’t see all my previous registered systems. It’s been two weeks of emailing REC trying to get access.

Barcode reader needs work

Very slow scanning. Unclear what panels have been scanned due to scanner reading any visible barcode and not the red line indicated.
