Confusing

I try to create a account but its asking for my pin and i dont have a pin, it just doesnt make sense. And when i try to create a new pin and have it sent to my email it doesnt show up.

Scam

Total scam, not free to play as advertised. The cost of renting a ball the same as to buy similar ball in a store.

Good idea

It’s terrible me and my son thought we could play with a free ball but thee’s lying pieces of crap you are using false advertisement so now my son is sad and I have to go home because he can’t play football

We apologize that you feel deceived and that your son is sad. At the very least quick response customer service

When I saw the Recball machine in our local park, I thought wow what a great idea... don’t have to carry a football,basketball,soccer ball, volleyball, and etc around in the trunk. I’ve had a couple of hick ups with the app, which is expected with a start up company and technology. But the 5 stars is there based off ownership of issues and remedies. The level of service is what you would like every company to strive for. Hope you guys succeed in your venture and see your machine at the beaches.... one less thing to carry/worry about!
