RecCell is a minimal pad recorder built for language learning, instrument practice, and voice memos. Tap to record onto a pad, tap again to stop, with up to 16 pads per set and multiple sets for different topics. Recordings appear as scrollable waveforms, so you can scrub through audio and adjust pitch and playback speed for careful listening. On-device speech recognition covers 20+ languages, transcribing your recordings without any audio ever leaving your device. Translations are shown sentence by sentence, synced to playback timing so they're easy to follow. Play all pads in sequence, loop a single pad, or combine both for continuous practice. The interface is clean and distraction-free, with Dark Mode support and customizable accent colors.
