This app is so easy to use. The export feature is great for the accountant.
Great App
It’s a fantastic little app that is easy, intuitive and it helps simplify tracking and reporting of expenses. I use it for personal and business needs. It allows you to take a pic of your receipt, and from that it will prefill the line items for you. It doesn’t always get it right, (it mostly gets it right) but it is easy to change the fields before you save it, and it is fast enough to not be cumbersome. It allows you to add categories and folders or even individual notes to help with delineating the expenses you might want to track, and the best part is it’s easy to export the info to a spreadsheet too. The app does what it is designed to do and it does it well!

Service Software
This is my most used software that I use in my remodeling business. Been using it for years with never an issue!
So Far Ao Good
I’m really surprised at how well this captures receipts. I will say that you have to pay attention to each item as sometimes the #’s don’t Always match. But usually it’s because the receipt is wonky. Thanks for a great product.
Desktop access not working
I’ve paid for this feature and every time I reset my password, it CONTINUES to tell me there is a mismatch…THERE IS NOT! Pulling this data for taxes on a phone is a joke. Customer service never responded to any of my 3 or 4 inquiries. What a scam!

Price still affordable. Simple to use BUT accuracy to be improve. Every time I scan and default category confirm goes to GROCERY. No matter I buy stationery or hardware. Feedback to developer but seems unable to solve

No currently conversion or location
The app does not take into account for the location on where the expense was taken or furthermore if it is a Canadian transaction or a USD transaction.

No ability to recover account
Had an accident where I was trying to login to the Windows app version on laptop. Had the wrong email address on account. Went to change the email account and noticed it said to login in. Ended up having to delete the “new login” account but ended up erasing every single backed up receipt and all data. Haven’t been able to recover with any email address I have and haven’t heard from anyone since.

Receipts for taxes
This app really helps keep me organized for taxes, as I am not awesome at keeping my receipts for business. My accountant also appreciates it

The picture is to close to the bin icon. I unfortunately erase three bills so far.
Worked Once
I liked the app ok. Some things were annoying like you had to go back and edit the categories the receipts were being loaded into as it wouldnt let you adjust while creating.
But the biggest problem was after I exported one document to test, it would “fail to download” every time after.
I emailed customer service
They replied and asked for a video or screenshots
Which I sent and never heard from them again.
Just look elsewhere, it doesnt work and they dont care.

Terrible app - save your money!
I really wanted to love this app. But there are just so many issues that are unacceptable considering how much they charge for the annual subscription.
You write a note onto a receipt in the notes field, and you can’t even search by keywords later to find it. What’s the point?
When you scan the receipts in, it assigns the date you scanned it in, and there is no way to sort by date on the actual receipts. So if you scan a bunch of receipts or invoices from August, they will show up as the date you scan them in in December. It’s very confusing and totally stupid.
No way to export your data in any sort of meaningful way.
Basically, your data is just trapped inside this app without the ability to even filter sort or search in any way that is actually useful.
Once you purchase, and realize all of the downfalls of this app, all the time you wasted scanning receipts is gone in the wind.
I have written them several times asking them to add these basic features and push them via an update, but nope. They refuse to give us any updates. We are stuck with this app the way it is. They simply don’t care. It’s a money grab.
I’ll be cancelling my annual plan and continuing the neverending search for app that actually works, and isn’t over priced. 1/10 rating. Smh

503 Service Temporarily Unavailable (not fixed )
I have not been able to open images ( photos of receipts) and contacted the customer service but there was no reply. I tried all kids of devices, email programs, and browsers. None of them worked. Please fix the issue asap. I need to bill
Can’t Export
Not being able to export makes the app pretty worthless. Waiting on a response to see if it can be fixed.
