Crashed
The recent update has caused the app to become completely unusable. It crashes and closes automatically about one second after I tap to open it. Please fix it asap. (iPhone 16 iOS 26.1)

Awesome app for recording receipts
The majority of my transactions involve credit cards and it’s so nice to be able to record these receipts so easily. I highly recommend the ReceiptGenie receipt organizer.

Needs to be fixed
**Cons:** One drawback is that the app does not seem to sync with Gmail or iCloud, which can hinder cross-device accessibility.
**Pros:** On the bright side, the app excels in scanning items, outperforming many of its competitors.
Despite the challenges, I still hold hope that these matters will be fixed, since the app could become my preferred option if these issues are resolved.

Accuracy is our top priority when it comes to receipt scanning. Unfortunately we still have to send the receipt to the cloud to achieve the accuracy we want. One thing we do ensure is that we are not selling any of our user’s data to market research companies for extra cash, and the provider we use do not take the data for AI training purposes. Also we do not store edits on our servers so at the end of the day, your financial data stays with you. I hope one day our phone and the AI is powerful enough to keep everything local. Cheers!

您好，在app开启的时候，有提示提供网络权限，app才能正常工作。有时候在权限提供之后，要重启一下app才能正常登录。这个问题我们会好好改进的。目前我们有好几百中国大陆的用户能正常使用的，可以再试一下呢。
