Missing all my receipts!
I have spent hours loading receipts from my business and can’t find them. Waiting for help from the company!

Would be GREAT if not for bugs
We have been using this app for 2 years now and honestly it’s a great price and does everything I need…except due to the bugs (especially recently) I am having to look for a new app too replace this one. In our case it doesn’t reliably sync to both my phones so instantly it won’t work for me. I scan with one phone and use my office phone to input receipt information into my office spreadsheets without having to use physical receipts…but it’s been unreliable for the past couple months and just doesn’t keep up. Otherwise I used to love it.

Basic, but does what I need
My boss and I use this to track his business receipts. He lives in the USA and I work remotely from another country.
We created ONE account where he scans all his receipts and I access his account with the same login (for this to work it was necessary to speak to support).
PROS: It tracks what we require (business/personal, date, project name (title), dollar amount, has tags options (I use for which credit card they were charged to), and notes. Everything is exportable and price isn’t bad.
CONS: it doesn’t notify if there are new receipts, I have to refresh about 3 times when my boss tells me there is a new receipt, and REQUIRES iPhone because they don’t have an Android app.
But in our case it works great. Thank you.

The app is handy but need more improvements as the recipe when is transferred to a pc give a doggy name is not saved with the date and the app sometimes gets blocked

I use it for all expenses. And it works quite well for a low priced tracker.
After about 6 months (240 receipts), the app slowed way down and kind of crashes after each scan. It takes a good 10 seconds after the scan for the next screen to come up to enter/edit data for the receipt. I believe there’s a bug that needs some work.

Best receipt app I’ve tried. Downloaded it and used it only one day before getting the subscription. Excellent scanner. Great UI. Search all receipts for line items. Modify receipt date and title. And more.

So apparently no one uses this app inside the company because every day there is a new bug that I found stop I send reports and get sometimes polite emails back, but the provinces are extremely slow and it’s quite annoying to have to report new bugs every time stop frankly I will start using something else very soon

Fondamentale per gestire gli scontrini per la dichiarazione dei redditi
Appena installata e dato inizio ai 3 giorni di prova ma già vedo che sarà insostituibile per la dichiarazione dei redditi del 2025, peccato non averla scoperta prima. La semplicità della scansione permette a mio padre ipovedente di archiviare scontrini e fatture in autonomia. Arrivati a Febbraio 2025 potremo esportare tutto l'anno in pdf. Nel frattempo avremo avuto la possibilità di fare ricerche sul testo, avere tutti i totali, organizzare per tags, davvero bravi gli sviluppatori che hanno incluso funzionalità molto utili. Non so se sia possibile ma sarebbe utilissimo se potesse calcolare la detrazione dallo scontrino, a prescindere rimane una applicazione fondamentale (in italia, quantomeno).

So close, yet so far.
Support complicated. App so buggy you can’t count on it. I purchased a pro plan but it keeps reverting back to telling me my free plan space is full and I need to pay to get more (I’ve already paid!) takes a month to get a reply from support.
I’m giving up. Too bad, too because it had everything I needed to be a great asset.

PRUEBA NO SATISFACTORIA
Me he descargado la app y probado. Aparentemente todo bien o suficiente para lo que busco, pero a la hora de exportar el informe en csv, no divide los gastos por ticket escaneado, si has hecho un escaneo de varios tickets, que componen el gasto total para pasar a la empresa. Lo que te genera, es una línea con un texto poco aclaratorio del contenido del gasto y tampoco pone la moneda bien.
RECOMENDACIÓN | Lo practico para escanear tickets y pasar gastos a la empresa, sería, que lea el contenido del ticket y te haga un excel con cada uno de ellos de tal manera que puedas entregarlo en la empresa en un csv o excel por separado y puedas reflejar el montante total de tickets escaneados . Y seria muy bueno ya si además pondría en cada linea el fichero en pdf de cada ticket o enlace para verlo si los almacena en un espacio cloud.
En resumen tiene buen pinta la app, pero mucho por mejorar para que sea practica y compense ese pago anual de casi 20€/año. El precio me parece bien, pero si aporta y quita trabajo.

Worked great for a while
Loved it for a year. Never had to keep physical copies of my receipts.
Latest update has all my receipts blank. I’m scrambling to find originals now. What a nightmare.

Decepción
Me parece una idea muy interesante pero la aplicación esta en inglés, donde esta el idioma español al que se refiere no encontré la opción de cambiarlo y tampoco pagaría una suscripción anual si un pago único para un uso personal que le daria.
