ReceiptRadar helps small business owners, freelancers, and operators turn messy receipts into reviewed evidence. Scan or import receipt images, PDFs, and files; review OCR-extracted vendor, date, amount, tax, tip, payment method, purpose, and category fields; attach or replace receipt evidence; and keep a clear review queue before anything is exported. Personal categories are built around the user, not a generic global list. ReceiptRadar can learn the categories you actually use, suggest matches from local memory and an on-device classifier, and let you confirm, rename, merge, or forget category learning. You can also speak filing instructions such as filing a receipt under a business lunch category when speech support is available on device. ReceiptRadar is designed for long-term recordkeeping. A SQLite-backed local store supports search, filters, review status, period grouping, archive visibility, mileage, subscriptions, recovery archives, optional iCloud backup, export packets, CSVs, summaries, and share sheets.
