Lost All My Points

I had 8,000 points from my intensity minutes. Now the app made some change to a puck system where the check-ins are literally on the other side of the U.S. Now I have 459 points. I’m extremely disappointed as I was really excited to claim my rewards. It feels like all my hard work went to nothing. I’m going to make the switch to another app because this app is so disappointing.

Not happy of the switch

Now I don’t know how to redeem my points. You went to this “check-in” system. There is not a “check-in” thing within at least 1000 miles from my location. I just want the point system back.

Update ruined it

Having to “tap in” at physical locations ruined the app. They are all hundred of miles away from me. Deleted it and moving on

update ruined the app

not sure if too many people actually work out and were cashing in but only having a select few places to “check in” at in certain areas is just dumb. you’re now being asked to do actual work to log your workouts instead of before when you just had to.. work out.

Great concept, poor execution

I haven’t gotten my gift card for signing up. Most rewards are locked unless you refer more people to sign up. The rewards that are available aren’t that good or desirable. And to top it off- points are capped at 150 per week. I hit that in a day and a half and can’t earn more. The FAQ says that it doesn’t sell your data but why does the privacy section on the app page say it collects all of your personal data, contacts, and “sensitive data” if that’s the case? This seems like a scam.
