About
RecetaPro fills in Spain's private paper prescription on iPhone, under Royal Decree 1718/2010. Import the prescription-pad XML from your medical college, choose the patient and the medicine, and print the form to sign by hand.
This is not an app of the Spanish General Council of Official Medical Colleges, or of any college. It does not issue an electronic prescription. In Spain, a private electronic prescription can only be issued by a system approved by the CGCOM.
How it works
• Import the college XML. If you already used some numbers on paper, say which one you're on and the app continues from there.
• Each verification code is spent only once on this iPhone.
• Medicines come from CIMA, the catalog of the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices.
• It creates a PDF for printing. The pharmacy needs the paper signed by hand. Sending it by email, message, or as a PDF is not valid.
Your data
Patients, prescriptions, the XML, and your profile stay on the iPhone. There is no account and no cloud history. A medicine search sends the drug name to CIMA, not the patient's name. From More you can save an encrypted copy on the device. The password is yours, and the app does not store it.
The prescription is yours
RecetaPro does not review the treatment, does not replace your professional judgment, and does not keep a medical record.
The app is in Spanish.
