Aplikasi ini perlu update, banyak lokasi peminjaman powerbank yang sudah salah. Lalu karena ditaruh di lokasi yang sulit dikenali, bahkan satpam dan customer service Mall tidak tahu dimana lokasinya. Dont mention the Recharge agent customer service. Not helping at all, slow like sloth to reply chat.

SCAM
this is a complete scam. once i signed up, there was no way for me to cancel. no customer support at all. i was charged $20 every month, had to dispute it every month, and ended up having to close the credit card bc they said there was no way to stop the reoccurring transaction.
DO NOT CHARGE TO APPLE CARD. i had to close my entire account bc apple and goldman could not stop the reoccurring transaction.
I’m severely disappointed with apple and goldman on their inability to help.

Utk iphone 14 plus, lama poll..... setengah jam cm naik 9% omg... udah 3x coba. Kirain kebetulan dpt powerbank yg kurang bagus.. trnyata 3x beda event sewa, bgitu semua.. jd fixed ini kualitas powerbank atau apanya sangat kurangggggg
