App crashes upon starting, claims no internet & 404 error. We definitely have an internet connection, about 200Mbps on this device (not the fastest but should be more than sufficient).

Just downloaded the app and couldn’t open it. Keeps coming up saying needs internet connection error 404. Shame

Download the app and an error message comes up saying I’m not connected to the internet. I tried emailing for support but my email wasn’t delivered.
