IMAGE STABILISATION GONE
In the previous version of the app the app would use stabilisation even on longer lenses. Now it’s all shaky. Is there a way to activate stabilisation????

When I press Record on Reco 4K Video & Film Filter App, The App keeps crashing, I am using an iPhone 15 Pro on iOS 26.3.1, I even deleted the app, turned off my iPhone, turned it back on and installed the app again but it still crashes when I press Record, I am using version 3.45

Literally just spent $30 on this to have it crashed every time I use it.
I recently upgraded to the Pro version, and the app consistently crashes whenever I attempt to adjust the white balance. I also attempted to request a refund but was unable to do so due to the lack of a clear process. Unfortunately, there are no effective troubleshooting tools or support resources available to resolve the issue, which has made the experience very frustrating.

定期的に有償へ案内されるけど、それを引いても写りは良くとても気に入っています！
落ちると書いてましたが、ワンショットずつの撮影で落ちることはほとんどなく、5ショットとかなら落ちちゃいますが、そこは工夫の仕方次第かなって思います。とても気に入っているので今後も楽しく使用します

소리문제
가끔 영상속 소리가 무음으로 저장처리되는건 왜 그런걸까요. 잘 찍어놓고 소리가 안나와서 당황스러울때 한두번이 아닌데 왜 그런지 알려주세요

Compré la app pero no guarda
Es la primera vez que esto me ocurre: pagué por esta appp que no me permite guardar. Lo que hacen es re dirigirte a una suscripción. Lo usual es que el acceso sea gratuito y que no hayan algunas funciones de pago, pero es correcto que te induzcan a comprar y luego no puedas guardar. A esto se llama estafa.

想升級到pro, 但會閃退，無法升級
Umm… ok..
It looks like they’ve added some updates which make it more useful and you can get some cool vintage flairs on your videos. Everytime I hit upgrade to pro mode, it kicks me out. I wish there was a one time purchase option. I tired of all of these half baked apps on iOS making us all pay for a service.
