App does not work
I used to use this app in a PT setting with someone with CRPS. I redownloaded it to share it with a friend who had a stroke. It no longer has any functionality. No stock images of hands, no play, memorize, or test functions. The few menu options you can tap on in the app take you to screens you cannot move back from in any way besides closing and reopening the app. I don’t know what happened, but this app needs a serious overhaul.

This app was recommended by my OT but every time you click on a section there is no way to get back to the home page or another screen meaning you have to keep quitting the app to reopen on the main home page… pretty disappointing to be honest
Smoke and mirrors
Impossible to navigate. You get into one subject area and you can't get out of it. The frustrations far outweigh any benefits. A waste of money.
Recognize needs to be improved
I bought Recognize 2 months ago and now it goes in a never-ending loop that I can't access the original app.

App is screwed up
The developer hasn’t updated this app for the current version of iOS
Useless APP
$10 for nothing. Have to reboot the device or reinstall the app everytime you use it. Do not recommend.
Waste of money
Tried this on the recommendation of a Physio. Waste of time. App is basically non usable. Need to close the app completely to go back. Then all history is lost.
Better instructions
Better instructions would be nice, not quite sure what to do with the memory part. Also to have all the apps together would be great.
Love this concept
And the ideas really work but this app needs some serious work. I have to quit the app completely to get back to the home menu which is so annoying. It could be so great and contain many more exercises to do with graded exposure to movement and mirror work

Para los usuarios: no lo compréis si tenéis iPad porque parece ir todo bien hasta que llegas a iniciar el reconocimiento derecha/izquierda. No tiene controles y no tiene ninguna utilidad. Es más, por no tener, no tiene ni botón de retroceso y hay que cerrar la app todo el rato.
Para los desarrolladores: Arreglad este desastre o devolved el dinero. Esta herramienta es ahora inútil. Han desaparecido los controles de la pantalla.
Para el Proveedor: El NOI Group está fallando muy gravemente en su principal propósito: extender el uso de sus herramientas para ayudar a los pacientes con dolor persistente. Puedo comprender que el cambio de desarrolladores de las apps no sea fácil, pero no puede repercutir en nosotros, los compradores, sin que asumáis la responsabilidad. Nos habéis perdido los datos que teníamos almacenados de las evoluciones de nuestros usuarios y ahora habéis dejado inservibles las apps. Y no son baratas, caray.

Für das IPad unbrauchbar geworden
Seit dem neuen Update nur noch auf dem Handy anwendbar. Das Layout lässt die Benutzung am Tablet nicht mehr zu.

New update not working
Since the new update the app is completely obsolete. Doesn’t work. UI is amongst the worst I’ve ever seen.

Ipad pro 2nd gen and version 1.4
I cannot use the app anymore since the upgrade. App do not rezize to fit the screen and the left and right buttons sre hidden below the screen. Is it possible to rollback to v 1.2 ?

Read descriptions carefully
My PT recommended that I try this app. She had all of the body parts in one app, so I was excited when I got home to download the app. I very rarely will pay for an app, but when it comes to chronic pain, I was ready to make a purchase. So when I looked at all of the “Recognise” apps, the only one that didn’t have a body part in the title was this one, “Recognise Medical”. In all my eagerness, I went ahead and purchased the app only to find out it was for hands only (yes, I know it has a picture of a hand). I had to purchase the neck app separately and requested a refund for this app. I just wanted others to be aware to avoid the same mistake I did.

Good but could be better
I like this app and my results show it is working, but I really wish it had built in notifications to remind me to use the app at chosen intervals (in my case every waking hour). This feature would be extremely helpful to those who are forgetful and/or those who are new to the program and have been advised by their PT to use on set intervals.
