Magazine is great, App not so much
This is for the app, and has nothing to do with the content of the magazine. It would be nice to have the ability to download as a pdf and not rely on just the app. I also have to complain every couple of months because the app doesn’t recognize I have a subscription.

Hello Valued Customer. You do not have to restore your purchases each time the prompt asks you to. After you have restored your issues once, they should be there unless you have to uninstall/reinstall the app. Thank you.
Drops subscription and won’t load library
The app does not stay connected to my subscription and won’t load all the issues into the library, some of which I’ve already read. Having the app on not the phone and iPad seems to be a problem. Customer service keeps asking for the receipt, which is difficult when buying through iTunes.

None stop issues
Every month when a new issue comes out, I cannot access it. The app states it’s a problem with my internet connection when I have a good connection every time. The app is trash, you’re better off just buying the paper copy.

I got a new iPad. There was a problem with downloading my past issues. They had it fixed in less than an hour.
App rarely works
Most of the time , when I try to launch the app it refuses to up date my subscription through Apple. Save your money and frustration.
Still paying for black flickering pages
Have contacted customer service numerous times, do not have access to all the content I’ve paid for. Was told that I can just read the text - that’s not what I’ve paid for. Not sure how to get this corrected. On an Ipad Pro 12”.
Unable to read magazines
I just purchased a magazine and it will not display, just gives me a blank screen, and if I try moving pages, I see flickers but again nothing displays.

Carefull
I love this magazine. However I have purchased all the magazines and have a subscription for years and still have problems. I have to contact customer support now and then to re-straight it out.

This was a good app but now it cannot even read old copy
I have been a subscriber sense issue 1. I cannot even read those. Please fix the app so it works
App was good but now doesn’t work
I updated the app and tried to restore purchases and the app just times out and won’t download any purchases. I have purchased about 8 issues and got the subscription and can’t access the content now. The developer needs to fix this ASAP! All my purchases were through itunes.
Just doesn’t work
I always had to re-download issues on my previous iPad. I just got a new iPad Pro and it says the restoring of issues may take some time but the ‘download’ issue option doesn’t display so I can’t access any issues. Contacted support and didn’t get an answer. Paid until December of 2019 and get get a single issue. Back to the paper copies.

The app is ok. Not great but ok.

Wish the app could be a little bit more refined.
