Just what I needed
After the loss of my wife I’ve been struggling to communicate with my 2 teenage sons. They’ve taken it hard (just as I have) and we’ve often gotten into fights. This app has helped me find ways to approach difficult subjects, and understand what they’re going through.
This app i really helpful
What I appreciate about Reconnect is that it doesn’t overwhelm you or guilt you. It gives you small, thoughtful prompts that actually make conversations feel natural again. The first time I used it, my child was surprisingly open, and that alone made it worth it.
For my son
I’m a single father with a complicated teenage son. I never had great communication skills and it’s hard to hold my composure sometimes. This app helped me with situational awareness and how to be more open-minded with the challenges between me and my son. Especially with money issues, the section on how to handle financial situations helped me diffuse many disagreements.

Great for Single Moms
As a single mom, not from divorce but from loss, it was very difficult navigating the relationship with my children after going through so much struggle. Even though I wouldn’t say my child resents me, they liked their father more and made it very hard on me to replace that instantly. All that confusion was finally alleviated through this app and I am so glad that I discovered this.

Helped me start a conversation I wad avoiding
It hasn't been too long after my divorce but there was a long stretch of time where my daughter felt distant and honestly resentful. I always wanted to reconnect with her but didn't know how to approach it and how to talk to my teenage daughter after what happened. I tried this app not expecting much but it was surprisingly detailed snd contained the answers I always spent late nights thinking about. I sent her a text and now I am getting lunch with my daughter for the first time in months. This app didn't magically fix everything but I'm glad it gave me the guidance to start. Hopefully this well continue guiding me in repairing my relationship with my daughter snd I am glad I made this investment sooner than later.
