Worked real good at first, maybe three days total. Then error messages galore after a so called [ UPDATE ] from Apple Store. Don’t give your money to this developer. Months later I reinstalled to try again after updating but this app has morphed into a colostomy-bag and bricked.

Worked great to capture audio from a video on another device. Very impressed. Very few errors, and also provided a surprisingly good summary of the key points.

It’s a reasonable app.
As a general YT transcript app it is good and works great if the video has captions.
It does have a few hiccups in my many experiences since the beginning when trying to transcribe YT or lectures. That being it can’t transcribe anything that doesn’t have captions already in the YT video which is incredibly annoying given my other similar apps can transcribe without captions. You’ll get a error message saying not captions available
This definitely needs to be addressed and fixed for it to be a more effective for all users.
Also needs more features for journalists , teachers , students and content creators and ai options to make the app better.

Transcribe AI is unreliable and frustrating. Despite using clear audio recordings, it only works about 25% of the time. 75% of the time, you’re left with nothing but wasted effort. If you need a transcription tool you can depend on, this isn’t it.
Customer service is beyond useless. It feels like you’re dealing with an AI that’s stuck on repeat, mindlessly telling you to restart the app. That doesn’t fix anything. There’s no real help.
It’s an absolute waste of money. Why pay for something that barely functions and comes with zero support? You’ll regret every cent spent on this app when you realize there are better options out there that actually deliver.
Save yourself the headache—avoid Transcribe AI. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this disappointing mess. Look for a transcription service that works and respects its users.

Very disappointing
I was pretty excited about this app and its capabilities but am EXTREMELY disappointed in its actual performance. I recorded an ~90 minute lecture. Over 4 hours later after I stopped recording the app still hadn’t completed the transcript. I don’t know if it ever would have completed it. I gave up. The app is pretty worthless if it doesn’t actually complete the transcript in a timely manner.

Freeze on generating summary
I dont even want the summary. Just show me the text I recorded please. That is the USP of the app. We can all just get the summary on ChatGPT ourselves..

It’s frustrating and useless, every time I open the app to record a meeting for transcription, it freezes and stops working.
I end up missing key points because I rely on it for note-taking

I’m not sure why this app has so many positive reviews. The two times I have tried to use it, it just keep telling me the recording was processing and then tell me “oops, try again later”.

The app worked on generating the Text only 4 times. It always freeze on generating the summery and you won’t even be able to see the Text. I also contacted with the support but till now no response to solve this issue. Use another AI Apps don’t download this one.

This app is fantastic! The audio-to-text feature is incredibly helpful and a real time-saver. It even allows you to import previous audio files. I strongly suggest presenting the summarized text in a bullet-point style; this would make the information much clearer and easier to grasp at a glance. Additionally, adding Traditional Chinese would make the app even more user-friendly for users in Taiwan. Overall, a solid 5-star app!
