I have cancelled my subscription within a minute as I did not realize I was actually paying for it immediately how do I get a refund on this app

I attempted to view this App on Aug 14. Upon downloading it, I had discovered this app was not as offered as it held all recordings hostage for pay so I immediately deleted it from my phone and made sure that I was not illegitimately subscribed to this service beyond any free trial period to which after verification through Apple Customer Support I was also able to confirm that it was fully cancelled within a few minutes after download. However, instead of being cancelling, I was billed $88.54 by the company and denied cancellation. Upon multiple conversations with Apple, I was denied any refund and forced into a year long subscription for a fraudulent service that I never wanted to begin with. Any Recording Apps that require 3 Way Call Merging is dangerous and holds your data and privacy for hostage behind a paywall. Do Not Download, this is a cash grab intended on stealing your cash with a click, even if you attempt to look at it they will rob you. Please do not make the same mistake I have. Save Your Money - Go Away.
[UPDATE: I absolutely have. Two days after the error by both Apple and Pay Pal. Both times you absolutely refuse to cancel and provide a refund. I’ve never used your service, I only attempted to download and examine if it was what I was looking for, which it was not so I had immediately deleted it within minutes of the initial download and have sought to correct the error since the 14th of August. I thought I was getting a 3 Day Trial like the others but you subscribed me to a full year at $88.54 CAD. I do not want your service and would appreciate a refund. Thank you.]
[UPDATE 2: After spending nearly 5 hours in contact with Apple, as per your request to contact you, you have left us no means to do so. Your Customer Service portal appears to be nothing more than an image that does nothing and accepts no data. You baited us with a false statement of correcting what Apple can only view at this point as theft, as such a complaint against your company has been filed to begin the process of removing you from the App Store in hopes of protecting others from your disgusting behaviour. You have absolutely refused to correct the error and have repeatedly made false claims and statements while making misleading comments in a vain greedy attempt to save face. I want nothing to do with your Fraudulent Service and require it immediately removed from my account. Stop forcing your fraudulent data mining service on me. Your theft starved a disabled man with cancer, in what situation is it ok to fish for personal data while promising a refund you have no intention of providing. You blatantly publicly lied in response to my initial statement. EVERYONE NEEDS TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE - If you see their company, be certain that it’s a scam. Do Not Click On This App.]
