This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. Please try to read the description and look at the screenshots before downloading. The app can only record the screen while inside the app. Once you leave, the recording of the screen will not work. Apple does not allow an app to record the screen outside the app.

Read the description, it does a lot more than that. You probably didn't even bother doing that or look at the screenshots and downloaded the app just because you saw record screen in the title.
