What ? Still NOT fixed.

I received an email from your support because my previous PURCHASES, these were PURCHASES of ALL features, wouldn’t restore my purchases. They said the update would fix it. Just updated the app, it’s NOT working still to restore past purchases!

BAD BAD

We purchased all the features when you first made the app. Now you COMPLETELY change the app and service to a yearly fee based app and it will NOT let us restore our purchases. Please refund all those fees! If I could leave a BIG FAT ZERO I would!

New “improved”?

Have used the pro version for a few years, but this latest update has made it pretty useless. I’m asked to pay for an upgrade to Pro again. Restoring purchase doesn’t work.
Ordering tracks is the worst problem … it doesn’t, and I spend ages trying to sift through files to find the latest one.
The trim feature is very hit & miss too.
Very disappointing.

Terrible App - Avoid

I paid for the lifetime Pro version last year, but after some recent updates, the company is now forcing me to pay almost £40 per year for the pro features. Also, it no longer records audio playing from the phone in the background. Load of rubbish and a complete rip off to customers on iOS.

NOT A SAFE PLACE TO SAVE/RECORD

The app works pretty well but a random update happened and it just deleted all my audio recording from the past few years…

Multiple file attachment feature

This version does not give multiple select option. This is creating inconvenience while sending email. Each audio file has to be sent with those many emails. Pl rectify this

We’re already working on adding multiple file selection for email sharing in an upcoming update so you can attach and send several recordings together easily. For now, we recommend using the Share option to export multiple files to the Files app or another app that supports batch attachments. What is happening?

The one time I really use the app and then I can’t access it. I saw the format change and then a few hours later, I can’t access open the app anymore. The worst timing ever. Please fix it!!!!

Don’t buy this unless you already know how to use it. How could you know?

There is no support for this app that I can find. Click on the link for the help manual and you’re taken back to the desktop. Do a search on internet for support and there is none. It hasn’t worked properly for me despite many attempts trying different things. I feel it is just a scam app.

Just purchased. However I still have Google ads!! Clicked on ads, paid another £1.99p !! And the ads are still there!! Disappointed. May have to get a refund ??
