Good & Satisfactory

The latest update I can say is all good as compared to few other apps I downloaded. Transcript models are good i can download and transcribe offline.

But

I can’t find option to make a zip of all recordings. Developers if you can add this feature or am I missing something?

Using for years

Have been using this app for many many years now, over 6 years, and it had disappeared from App Store and only now reappeared. Let’s hope it stays!

Nice update

I have been using this app since 8 to 9 years now it’s good to see new update and it’s smooth. Previously the app had sorting feature but in this update no sorting so please fix this. I have over 200 recordings so hard to sort. Other than this very good quality of recording.

Just ok - I regret buying

Adequate for very basic recording; app clunky, support and user guide not great, just thoroughly mediocre.

Too quiet

To be able to hear what you are recording you would need to be shouting.

No means to increase volume!

Atualizei para o sistema iOS 13.2 e o player não reproduz nenhum áudio já gravado. Testei um novo áudio e também não reproduz.
Parou de funcionar. Tenho vários áudios gravados que não consigo escutar! Favor consertem isso!

No longer works and no response from support.

I have had this app for years. Suddenly, nothing plays. Nothing I recorded or imported. Nothing.
As I am desperately trying to get my files to work, it tells me on one page of the app that I need to pay for the extra features - which I paid for long ago.
I needed my files, so I repaid thinking that would restore any function...
Nothing works and there is no response from the support.

Doesn’t work once you pay for the upgrade, zero app support!!

I used the free version for a month or so, then it removed the playback option unless I upgraded, seeing as I had a bunch of files I wanted to keep on the app and at that point was happy with it, I paid 5.49 for the upgrade. It still won’t playback or unlock any of the options, all I have is an app with a bunch of valuable audio files I can’t access. Absolutely zero! Response from app designer or any help whatsoever. Not sure if this is a scam or their customer service really sucks, but either way steer clear

What happened? Doesn’t work with iOS13

Worked yesterday with iOS 12.4, upgrade to iOS 13.3 overnight, not a single feature in the app works today. Paid for the bells and whistles...now it can’t even do simple playback of saved recordings. No app support available. Fix is needed or should be dumped from App Store.

It has limitations

I have been using this app for a couple of years. I don’t use it often because of the limitations. I have never been able to email
the files because every recording that I have done is over 25mb so it always says it’s to large to attach. Also recently, for some reason, all of my recordings are being cut at 7 minutes even though it shows that it is recording the entire time. I go back to listen, and it is cut off. I contacted support over a week ago to get assistance and I have yet to get a response to figure it out.

Can’t export it

It’s next to impossible to share or export a recording. The email feature is basically worthless because audio recordings are usually too large. Didn’t they know that? And zipping doesn’t reduce the file size down far enough to email. The cloud option doesn’t give you ability to save to my OneDrive. Only Dropbox or iCloud. So all my recordings must live on my phone.

Password issue and App Support Issue

I don’t remember my password and it doesn’t give me an option for resetting. Click on App Support on here and I get a 403 Forbidden Error. This app is useless if I can’t access it and I had several recordings I need to get to... of my recently deceased boyfriend. I need this fixed!

Perfect for Quick Capture and Saving

This app has served me well for years. I’m a songwriter and I can either sing into it while I’m traveling or on the road, or sit it down in front of me and play my guitar to capture and save song ideas. It does everything that I need in that regard.

Everything is great but…

It seems that everything I record is larger than a 25 meg max and I want to clear all of that storage out of my recorder into iCloud or dropbox or something else so I’m not breaking the rules.

Please release me from the freeze so I can get this done as the rest of the functions of the app are great.
