New update

I preferred the old app better. This update seems to be for the worst and they’re are just far better alternatives out there now.

Such a beautiful app

I love how easy it is to navigate the app. Everything is right where you need it! The attendance reports are a heaven sent. If I could give this app more than 5 stars, I would!

Was this made by a 4th grader?

First off, this apps UX looks like it was developed in the 1980s… how do you expect me to want to pay for this?

Second, I read reviews and you are actively fighting with people in the response sections!?!

This is an incredibly poorly developed app, which is clearly a money grab, and you are incredibly unprofessional!

The app was fully rebuilt over the past 18 months, and refinement is ongoing — specific UX pain points are genuinely helpful to hear about, so if you're willing to share which screens or flows felt dated, I'll take a close look. RecoverySky is a nonprofit project and every report goes directly into the backlog.

I didn’t even use it. I immediately deleted it after seeing that message. They want me to sign up and login and then they want to sell my information.

RecoverySky doesn't sell or share user information. We're a nonprofit with no ads, no data brokers, and no business model that depends on user data. The account requirement isn't our preference either — Apple's App Store guidelines require user accounts for any app that includes messaging or social features, so anonymous use isn't an option we're allowed to offer. Your data stays with your account and is used only to sync your attendance, milestones, and sponsor connections across devices. If a specific screen gave the wrong impression, I'd like to know which one so I can improve the wording.

New update is garbage

This new update is horrible the app is all confusing now, I lost a bunch of my meeting attendance records. And the way it saves time now is super weird I like being able to go from zoom back to the app to change it if it was left on too long, instead this new update leaves no room for error on that and honestly yall need to just go back to the previous way of the app because this new update sucks please fix this

Cant log in again

App has issues make sire your font is not large so you can sign in, did 4 meetings in one day and one one recorded my attendance thats a Problem Customer support helped me alot but this is not a perfect app trust me

I wanted to love it

This app just falls short of some of the others I’ve used. I personally like pink cloud as meeting finder better. Zoom is great but no local meetings and seemingly short list of options.

TERRIBLE UPDATE - Negative stars if possible

My wife was using this app before the upgrade and loved it.
Now they have doubled the price, deleted all her journals, and completely changed the whole feel of the app.
“Recovery Sky”, AA is not a light and fluffy self help environment, but that seems to be the feel they are trying to create, instead of the real life struggles of living a life of recovery.
Now she has to find someplace else, right in the middle of doing a 90 in 90.

Good news: the journal entries aren't deleted. They're preserved in the new app and available via an export function — I should have made that much more discoverable in the redesign, and I understand why she assumed they were gone. Please have her email support@recoverysky.org and we'll walk her through exactly where to find the export. On pricing: existing subscribers were grandfathered at their original rate, so it wasn't doubled for her. The redesign is a real change in feel and I hear that it doesn't work for everyone — that's useful feedback. Most importantly, let's get her journals back in front of her; a 90-in-90 shouldn't be derailed by a UI change.

It's not like there is hardly any money in it, so what's the point? The point, for me, is users like you who can appreciate the hard work an addict can put into creating something while homeless, then updating it and changing the name. Can’t join any meetings

The app is glitched and shows a blank black screen with the menu at the top left and the settings in the top right and the rest of the screen is all black

Malfunction

Worked great for a month and then stopped working altogether out of the blue. Paid for app to track attendance and find meetings easily, now no meetings populating and won’t record attendance.

Cannot login

It gets frozen on the login screen every time I try to sign in on my iPhone. It works fine on every other device I’ve ever had, been using this app for a year. Maybe see what’s up with the login issue! I need this on my iPhone, please fix! Will change review later I just wanted this to get the attention of the creator

Many thanks to my new found favorite group meeting. I have been made to feel welcome, some have reached out when I needed help (thank you SO much), different lessons and situations have been discussed, understanding and camaraderie …it’s always been a good meeting.
