Great service, looking forward to better UX

I’m a freelance social media manager and manage accounts for multiple brands across different platforms. This service is AWESOME and exactly what I need to keep my work centralized instead of scattered. Both the app and web platform, however, are clunky to use and could be more intuitive. The UX writing on the app also differs in places from the writing on the web platform; it would be helpful if language and visuals were more consistent between the two platforms. I’m looking forward to seeing this app’s UX develop in its ease of use over time because the service itself is so useful.

great app until i started to be charged

i was using this app for maybe just less than 2 weeks or so and i woke up to a notification that a post of mine hadn’t posted and i had opened the app to only find out that apparently i would have to start being charged to post on my x account. when i downloaded this app it gave no indication whatsoever that it would only give me a certain amount of posts before stopping posting my scheduled content and deciding to charge me. i will continue using this app until i find another app that is at least upfront about needing to charge me after a certain amount of time or is at least free

RecurPost offers a 14-day free trial, and after that period ends, a paid plan is required to continue posting to your connected accounts. Great features, just one problem

The app does not allow you to save videos and schedule them to your social accounts. I’ve found that if the video is lengthy, then it will not save. This is inconvenient when I want to schedule my posts. Now I have to login on that day and post it without scheduling ahead. On the other hand, it’s a great app! I think it can have some further improvements. Just keep updating it.

Love it

I really love using RecurPost. I’ve been using it for 6/7 months I reckon and support has always been incredibly responsive when I reach out. Even to the point of me reaching out with a question, they indicate that feature doesn’t exist, and then 4 months later they reach out to me saying the feature exists now and asking for my thoughts on it.

Like wow! The overall function of the app is really good too. I’ve had very few issues overall and even less that support was not able to resolve.

App does not work

I have been trying on multiple devices for almost a month to get this app to work and it’s now been so long that Facebook itself now offers a option to make reoccurring post

A Good service!

The app compared to the web version is slightly less intuitive. I find the user interface of both the app and the site, a little old style, and perhaps it does not help the UX very much. However, I have to say that RecurPost offers much more in the free version than many other similar services.

I thought the app automatically shares to social media. Nothing I have scheduled has posted? Do I have to manually do it?

Videos are not supported on Instagram

Posting a video results in a screenshot posted instead of a video clip.

Problem

Worked great on Android. Switched to i-phone and this app won’t work. I try to edit a post and I click on it and I have to fight with it to open then when it does, I click on edit and can’t get it to open. Frustrating.

The app worked great until I bought the monthly subscription and suddenly the “create a one time post” button will not work and it keeps bringing up the edit and delete button for my other post rather than just opening a new posting page. :/

Absolutely brilliant!

I’ve been a huge fan for months as their forever free plan makes a huge difference to us guys running a small business. Their customer service is fantastic - any questions, issues or suggestions are actioned immediately which is so rare these days. I recommend this app to everyone!

I've been a user for a long time and I couldn't be more happier with recurpost. I just got an email today that they released a mobile app and I got real excited. It functions beautifully and is everything you can ever want! So glad I found this.

Best Social Media App

I loved RecurPost website so far, but now with this app I think RecurPost nailed it. The app has very good functionality, easy to use and better interface. Now I don’t have to go website for scheduling my contents and posting. I think this is the only app that was missing on my iPhone. Great work RecurPost, keep doing great stuff.
