Très déçu de voir que l’application ne fonctionne pas en France elle a l’air vraiment bien

Still doesn’t work...
I was hopeful after the update but it keeps saying “couldn’t recognize house number”. Tried different numbers and different streets but no joy.
Update: I got a response 5 years later…5. Years. Later. Asking what my issues with the app was.
It’s not even the same app anymore.
Great job guys! Keep up the great work. Talk to you in another 5 years?

j’habite une commune à facilités (avis aux français qui lisent ceci : il faut bac+5 en histoire de la Belgique pour maîtriser ce concept 😉) et du coup toutes les informations sont mélangées entre le flamand et le français… 😕

I set the language to English but a lot of the information is still in Flemmish
Notifications
I have downloaded recycle!, unfortunately I have found out that I do not get any notifications to let me know when I should put my rubbish out. Why is this ?
Not Accepting Postal Codes
The app is not accepting postal codes. Please fix. Love this app!!!!

Dommage que les horaires des recyparc ne soit pas mis à jour. En ce moment c’est indiqué fermé alors que c’est ouvert (Mouscron, Comines,…)
Address doesnt persist
Why doesnt the app remember my address, every week i open the app andp it asks me to re-enter my address. It never used to do this.
Not for US residents
Not described in the app or in the description that this isn’t for US. Postal code is limited to four digits.
Problème nom de rue
J’ai voulu mettre l’application mais impossible de mettre le nom de ma rue, j’ai essayé de mettre la rue de mon commerce, impossible non plus, il est marqué d’aller voir dans la section aide mais impossible d’aller sur cette page
It Works!
The ‘forgetting my address every week’ bug seems to be fixed. Now it works very well to remind me which bins to put out. Thanks team. I suggest you write clearly in the information that this is only for Belgium!

Depuis la MAJ, impossible de rentrer une adresse de ce fait elle est inutilemerci de votre réponse et à prioris l’erreur était la mienne de ce fait je valide cette appli 😅

simple and useful
As new residents in Wallonia this app was really helpful. Simple to use with the right information and the notifications were helpful. And the numeric keypad makes perfect sense if you actually live in Belgium.
