You need to stop saying paid out when the money clearly has not gone into the account it should say pending until the money has been cleared

The price of being green
Once again it is the consumer that suffers. In a vain attempt to be green, we have another user pays system thrust upon us. Sure, spruik about a scheme in which the public are rewarded for being ‘green’, however, it is user pays when we are charged 12 cents per article and let’s not forget the fuel for the privilege.
