Was a good app until, i got a new phone…..
This app used be fantastic, now it cant find my address. Apparently it does not work with IOS Version 18.05, please fix it so i know when my recycle days are.

Very good app
I really like the reminders it sends the day before, it even lets you know about cancellations and whether the pick up is still happening on a holiday. There is a recycling game in the app that is extremely helpful about educating you what material goes where. For the straightforward recycling it’s easy to know where it’s going, but other material you think it’s going in the recycling but it doesn’t, and that game shows you where you can take it. Very useful.

It has changed
It seems that perhaps more trucks and employees are required so the recycling can be picked up on the date due. There have been instances lately where it has been a couple of days before pickup.

I love the app and updates that come with it! I just wish the workers would stop tossing my bins back onto the sidewalk once they empty them. They keep chipping and breaking them:(

It is great to get a reminder for recycle day as I would rely on neighbours in the past. Also like being informed if there are changes being made to the service.

It’s very nice to get the reminders, would be even better if one had a better idea of what time of day, ie morning or afternoon. Especially for sleep-in artists, am not going to mention any names of aforementioned sleep-artist, but I see one every time I look in the mirror. 🫤

Can't say how many times I've walked the bins out to the end of the driveway just hoping it's recycling day- looking for the neighbours bins for reassurance. Way to busy to keep track, this app is definitely saving me from accumulative doom! worth it!!!
