Useless app, offering search only instead of calendar as it was before.

Can’t see the calendar anymore. App stalls at some new ‘type a question’ that doesn’t return any useful information.
Fail-proof
I really like this app! I can look at my statement, make a payment, set myself for automatic payment and I even get a friendly reminder the night before trash day to set out which containers each week and this fail-proof system makes it so I cannot not get it right!

Every time I opened the list and hit paints the app sent me back to my Home Screen! Slow and not that friendly as stated in other reviews. Two star is because the lady at Waste Connections was so nice and helpful.

I appreciate the timely information and timely reminder - that doesn’t inundate me with constant notifications. The only thing I wish, is that the site would display what can and cannot recycled. Ex: baby formula cans. I thought the lids could be recycled b/c of the “5” on the lid, and thought the “can” container that holds the formula couldn’t be recycled. Nope - opposite! I called into Waste Connects and someone informed me: 1) Numbers don’t matter (completely). 2) Because the lids pop on and off the can - they can foul up the separating machines at the recycling center. So even though they show a “5” on the lid, these are Not to be recycled unless the lid screws on and off (rather than popping on and off) and are about the size of an adult fist. 3) The can itself, holding the formula IS recyclable, even though I couldn’t find a number and part was metal and part plastic.

Wish I’d always had this
I love this app so much. It’s so helpful to be able to easily find out if something can be recycled and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the weekly reminders about my trash, and if it’s a recycle week or not. I am terrible at remembering to put out the trash and this app is a lifesaver!
A Helpful App
I like this app because it will notify me before pickup day, including whether it’s just trash day or both trash and recycling. I can also look this info up on the app at anytime. The app includes a feature which allows users to research what can be recycled at home or where to take items that cannot be put out for recycling at home.

Wonderful App
This is the greatest app I have ever used the reminders are invaluable since I’ve had it thanks to the reminder alerts we haven’t missed garbage and recycle once. And so easy to use it lists everything that can and can’t be recycled what can’t go in the garbage and even yard debris I never knew that you can put leftovers in it. Thanks to this app we actually have more space in our garbage can. Best app ever!

Thank you for the reminders.. it gets busy around here and with the date change it is helpful to get the reminders .. and by the way the recycle pick up person who was here a couple of weeks ago was really nice. He stopped his truck and got our and talked to me about the date change and was super nice .. thank you “super garbage guy” the Mohawk and colored hair said “Super Hero” all over him .. lol .. really enjoyed talking to him
