Won’t accept credit card
Beyond frustrating - 2026 JUL - for years won’t accept my credit cards. Tried 3.
Payments don’t work.
UI is quite dated and honestly bad, doesn’t save your credit card info despite having a button for it, and even when you put your credit card info in manually the payment won’t process. Needs a ton of work

Thanks for the $5 coupon to order through the app. Too bad it won’t accept credit card details! Need to get Apple Pay and ability to add Barn Bucks.

Payment never works
I have been unable to order ahead many times due to the payment option not being available. Why doesn’t it use Apple Pay? I also can’t pre load a credit card. Extremely inconvenient. The fact that the order ahead option does not work every other time I go to use it is inexcusable. Also - I was once emailed a coupon and was unable to apply it in the app.

Amazing sandwiches
Food is excellent, a favorite stop for take out lunches. Order ahead to save the lineup but the app leaves a lot to be desired
It needs update badly
So bad that it does not save your credit card info and of course they don’t have Apple Pay. Every time you want to order have to add your card. There is no option of adding your card. There is a button to save your card for future but does not work as intended
Clunky
Drives me crazy having to manually enter credit card details every time I use the app. Apple Pay would be nice. I would settle for the app remembering my details.

Great app but could be better
Suggestions to improve would be to allow you to save your favourite sandwich and just to re-order it the next time more quickly. Also the ability to save your credit card from the last time so you don’t have to input it in each time. The time it takes to select the items and stop to find my credit card has stopped me from ordering some days.

Super easy to use
Love the ease of use in ordering, even keeps old orders to re-use which are adjustable or i can customise new sandwiches each time.
Stuck on pages.
Can’t close the pages to go back to the main screen, stuck on building the sand which page. Also saving contact info and Credit card info would be great. Annoying to constantly input the information every time. Make the X at the top of the screen easier to tap to close different pages of the app.

It asks to remember and save credit card but I have to enter it every time. Other than that works well
Needs better functionality
Don’t get me wrong being able to order ahead through an app is great. However, the app does not remember your orders or favourite sandwiches or even your credit card information so it is a little bit frustrating to add that every time it should retain some of that information, it should also make Apple Pay an option.

Piece of c rap
This app is the single most frustrating piece of c rap I’ve ever used. I don’t know why I keep trying. I’m probably 1-15 in actually getting an order to work. Just end it
Custom sandwiches? Not customizable
Probably a decent app, but the sandwiches don’t appear to be customizable at all, as advertised. Would like one without mayonnaise but I can’t see any way to exclude, so can’t use the app to order.
Can't save any info for payments or previous orders !
Pretty basic functions for any mobile ordering app are lacking. Really unfortunate

The app cannot save favorite sandwich or credit card info. We are frequent buyers but it is a pain to add the info every time.

I just want to order and reorder without having to re-do my order from scratch all the time and have it actually save my credit card, is that so much to ask?
