Account verification and support issues
Will not send me an email or sms to verify my account and whenever I click contact us the app immediately crashes and force stops itself
App not working right!
App doesn’t work right! I have watched the circle completely close more than once and didn’t earn one single point!
App issues intermittent
At sit bull Hudson the app works most times unless they are busy. Wi fi seemed to be working but not getting points. Turned eight fi off and used Bluetooth and apps working but not getting any points. Yesterday it was fine.
Not impressed. Needs to start from scratch
Zero money went into the development of this app. I’m very surprised that it was even allowed on the Apple app platform. Before you embarrass yourself and your company suspended all activity on this app and regroup and produce a product that works .
I’m not listing everything that is wrong , that’s not my job that’s yours . Good luck , we will all be looking forward to the release of your new app.
