Account details, funds transfer are easy
I like how easy it is within the RCCU app to see my checking account details and easily transfer funds from one checking account at RCCU to another any time of day. Very convenient!

It’s very convenient! Don’t think you can send money to other bank accounts though.
Everything is done with ease
I’ve been a member for almost 2 decades and never had a negative experience. The app is great. Simple and easy to use. Very clear and concise and shows info in real time as long as it’s posted in the account. I can transfer funds to my family as they’re also members and keep track of why, in the memo section. I don’t generally run into maintenance issues which is great. There’s a notice as to when branches will be closed as soon as you open the app. The messaging feature is also a plus for when I’m unable to call for whatever reason.

It’s somewhat easy to use but one big issue
I have save password and face ID on and every time a holiday or something is near it shows the alert thing every. single. time. I open the app. It would be okay if it kept you logged in bit as aforementioned, it makes me have to reenter my password. This is a serious time waster for someone who is busy. An idea might be to send the alerts after you log in or send a notification or something.

Glitchy app
I like this back but they need to improve the app. I have so much trouble with it not working, refusing to log me in, saying bad request when my sign in info is right. I’ve been told by customer service to uninstall and reinstall the app over and over. It’s frustrating.
Bad Request Errors
I don’t know what is going on with this app but I have been getting SEVERAL “bad request” errors lately and it won’t let me log in to the app. So I go to the actual website and log in, which usually fixes the app error and will let me log in, but now that little hack isn’t working either. If I didn’t need this app so bad I would uninstall it! FRUSTRATED!

I love the app & howeasy it is to use! Makes it so simple to transfer money around without having to drive to the bank. Especially when it's a weekend or holiday when the bank is closed.
They keep messing with things that isn’t broken.
Absolutely utterly ANNOYING they keep “updating” the app only making it worse each time. This newest update I can’t even log into my account. Obviously none of you grew up with the “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” saying. The version before this one worked FLAWLESSLY this is an absolute NIGHTMARE. LEAVE THE APP ALONE OR HIRE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Absolutely fuming, sick of the constant inconveniences they keep creating. Thinking of switching banks.

Online Billpay Still Borderline Unusable...If You Can Find It
Most of the app has been updated nicely, but once again they have decided to make online billpay one of the least intuitive pieces of the app, and that’s if you can even find it... It’s as simple as adding it to the drop down menu, but that seems to be a bridge too far. Weak!!!
