I’m sad there’s no rewards program. I just found a location close to where I moved too.
No more rewards
Although this isn’t the only reason I come to Red Mango, the rewards are a plus for me to return. There are other places now that I am frequenting more because of their rewards program. I emailed Red Mango and didn’t even receive an acknowledgment response. And doesn’t look like I will get a response here either. It’s been two summers now and no response and no rewards.

My açaí bowl was not very good today.
My açaí bowls are usually very well made and tasty. However, todays bowl is extremely runny and not It just doesn’t taste very good. I have been buying them for quite some time and this is the first time I have been extremely disappointed. I will try again for a better bowl and hopefully it will be delicious again.

I can’t say enough about this place and the couple who run the place. The smoothies are delicious and healthy and a plus are the homemade cookies so good, warm, gooey and chewy.

The Greatest Yogurt but App needs work
We are crazy for the frozen yogurt! The mango and white peach are amazing! The nuttiness of the Tarro with fresh coconut is awesome! The staff has been amazing as well.
The things that I am disappointed about is the rewards. I was not able to use the first $2 and have ordered on the app around 8 times with no rewards. I sent an email asking about it with no response. Also, the app needs to be updated. You need to know what the choices are for the day. It would also be nice to be able to order a medium size on the app.

Disappointed
Only gave 3 stars because of the one good worker that you guys have. The other guy (the younger guy) is terrible. I wish I knew his name! He’s so unpleasant,slow and inconsiderate! I placed my order from 11:30am on app and he came late to work and it’s 12:30 and I’m just getting my bowls. He knew we ordered from ahead and he kept taking payments of other people who came in and slowed down our order,i got melted Acai bowls. This is not the first he’s done this. I hate leaving bad reviews but this needed to be said. Everytime we go there it’s always something with him. This time has been the worst.

Love RM but the App and Website is TRASH
Developers you’re killing my favorite Red Mango shop in Wheaton, IL. It’s blocking orders from online and the app saying the place is close. We call and find they’re open. Fix your app. RM in Town Square of Wheaton is amazing btw.
Great place, Terrible app
I love Red Mango but this app is terrible. They have a section for the menu but the menu doesn’t show up. The store advertises online orders but they can’t be done through the app. The app itself barely opens and functions.

I wish the app would allow you to mobile order, wish there were different incentives besides the $5 off, and I wish it showed the menu on the app, but good overall!

Useless app
Love Red Mango but this app is useless unless you are just looking for nearest location (which you don’t need an app for). There’s a tab for menu but nothing comes up. Only came here because I couldn’t find an accurate menu on the web- for the smoothies. Why is it so hard to get detailed info about the menu anyway?!

App not working properly
Been trying to get this app to work for about a week now. Contacted customer service and she seems confused as to what I’m trying to do. I just want to get credit for my purchases by the app isn’t working or acknowledging my info
Terrible user friendliness
Former employee and love the yogurt to death, however this app is very buggy! Can't type in many boxes, non existent incentive program, and what use is the app to me?! No point to the app if it doesn't make it easier to see things regarding my account. You should take from the Chick Fil A app, theirs is really nicely set up and super easy to use. I honestly spend more money there on the products BECAUSE of their app.
