Red Onion II is an anonymous web browser for iOS that utilizes the Tor network to protect your identity online. It offers a redesigned interface and enhanced privacy features for a secure browsing experience.
The Private Browsing mode in Red Onion II automatically clears your browsing history and cookies upon exiting the mode. This ensures that your online activity is not saved on your device, providing an extra layer of privacy.
Yes, Red Onion II is a free application. There are no costs associated with downloading or using its core anonymous browsing features.
Web browsing and downloading through the Tor anonymization network will be significantly slower than through a non-tunneled browser like Safari. This is a necessary trade-off for maintaining your identity and online protection.
The main benefits include enhanced anonymity through the Tor network, a user-friendly interface, and a Private Browsing mode that automatically clears your history and cookies. It also allows quick access to frequent sites via bookmarks.
