Audio Doesn’t Work
This is a great idea for an app, and it does give my wife comfort when she walks alone in the local area from time to time.
However, whilst the video clip option works well, the audio clip option does not. The file comes out corrupt and cannot be read by VLC or Windows media player, nor can it be converted to say MP3 or four as the file is in error. Shame. I hope the developers will do something about this.

It used to work great. Now on the last update it doesn’t work on iPhone 12. My iOS is up to date. Please fix it.

The free version is no point, no features are enabled (can’t customise the message and can’t email)

It basically hi jacks your iMessage to send the txt, but can’t send to a short code for commercial use, it has to have a country code first

Didn’t work
Pressed the button a text came up for me to preview , clicked send wouldn’t send. If i was in a real situation I wouldn’t want to have to ensure that i read the text before sending, as i may in in a situation where i get 1 chance to summons help and this wouldnt help.

Disappointed After $5 Pro Purchase
Downloaded this app, paid the $4.99 pro upgrade fee to add more than one contact to the panic alert. Only to find out after the purchase when added to a second family phone on my account that it wants me to purchase the pro version again. It specifically states family sharing up to 6 users. I need to know who to contact about this, Apple? Ultimate Communication Software LTD? Don’t make this purchase until this problem is resolved.

Red Panic Button
I bought it for the Apple Watch connection. If I use it on my watch, I have to push send on iPhone to actually send the message. Not much use if I can‘t get to the phone.

Useless
Needed way for stroke victim spouse to contact me when around the house. Stroke victims have a hard time sequencing multiple steps. On iOS this requires five separate steps to navigate to send a panic alert. Good luck even for the young and healthy, especially in a panic situation. On multiple occasions it's simply went to a settings screen which could not be unlocked. It could be a great idea if the panic button was on the opening home screen and did not require any further navigation.

Good idea but very limited trial version with flaws.
Immediately talks about upgrading to pro yet the word "Pro" isn't mentioned on their site. Nor in the App Store.
Says you can't do most things with the first version.
Adding from contacts is flawed it adds the wrong number not the selected number.
It also try's to add the international prefix even if there is already a prefix and then won't let you correct it.
This could do better if they worked on their offer.
Not recommended currently.

Don't bother with this app. Completely hopeless.

As far as I can tell, this app does absolutely nothing except display ads. You cannot send a test, you can't send a message. Nothing. Don't see any clear instructions, either.

Great concept but impossible to work out how to upgrade to the PRO version. The free version is too limited to be of any use. I've had emails back and forth with the developer trying to upgrade to the PRO version but after four weeks I've given up. Also the pictures in the user guide don't correspond to what I see on my screen and some of the festures in the user gude aren't even in the App I've got.
